Matthew SelingerPrincipal and Founder
Matthew has over 20 years of experience in Investor Relations along with banking, and brokerage.
Before founding The Firm IR Group, Matthew was Senior Managing Director at Three Part Advisors, a full service Investor Relations firm based in Dallas, TX. Matthew was with two investor relations consulting firms in San Francisco, CA and one in Boulder, CO; EVC Group, Peter Imlay Associates, and Genesis Select, where he worked on full scale IR programs for small and micro-cap companies as well as Fortune 500 companies including Kellogg's and International Paper. Before Three Part, Matthew was with MZ Group North America, a division of the world’s largest independent investor relations and corporate communications firm.
Matthew has planned, managed and executed hundreds of roadshows over his career. He has facilitated over a hundred conference presentations for clients, even stepping in to present on their behalf, and set up hundreds of one-on-ones at said events.
Matthew is integral in his clients’ messaging process, drafting and editing releases, scripts, and market communications. He considers himself a Generalist and has experience in many sectors including, Industrials, Natural Resources, Technology, Consumer, Medical Devices and Biotechnology.
Matthew founded The Firm IR Group in 2018 and has a BA in International Affairs from Lewis and Clark College. He currently holds his series 7 and 63 securities licenses. Matthew enjoys the outdoors, is an avid Telemark Skier and in his free time you can find him outside with his Shepherd Husky mix, Red.
